Did anyone have trouble unzipping the downloaded files?
I unzipped the file V26112-01_1of2.zip using WinZip, which gives me another zip file, 901HF2_Client_Installer_win32-x86_DOCS_KEY.zip. When I tried to unzip this second file I get the following error.
Unable to find the local header for Oracle_All_OS_Prod.key.
Microsoft Windows Compressed Folder extraction utility also gives an error.
If you got this error, what did you do to resolve it? If you unzipped the files without getting this error, how did you do it?
Thanks in advance.
Here's the answer to my own question.
V26112-01_1of2.zip and V26112-01_2of2.zip can be in different folders but you must extract them to the same folder. So, the extracted files, 901HF2_Client_Installer_win32-x86_DOCS_KEY.zip and 901HF2_Client_Installer_win32-x86_DOCS_KEY.z01 resides in the same folder. Then, you can extract 901HF2_Client_Installer_win32-x86_DOCS_KEY.zip.
I have installed Informatica 9.5 client. But our server is still 8.6.1 (9 is not yet installed). I would like to know if I its possible to connect from Infa 9 client to 8.6 repository. When I try to connect its thorwing some wierd error.
Oh Anitha that's great. Anybody has installed 9.5 Infa server, what are the steps, in brief. I have heard cannot install 9.5 freshly, have to install 8 first and then upgrade to 9.5. Is it true?
Kindly let me know.
