Facing problem during Informatica server reboot.

Hi,

 

We are facing problem while trying to reboot Informatica Server. Earlier the envrionment was running fine and during a scheduled reboot the Informatica server went down. Since then we have been trying to start Informatica Services but every time it fails.

 

We check Catalina.out and node.out logs as well, and they contain an error - cannot read nodemeta.xls. I also verified nodemeta file and it seems to be perferct. There is no conclusive error which can point out the area of concern and help us resolve the issues.

 

Has anyone faced this type of error before. ? Apart from catalina.out and node.log, Is there any directory/file that can help us.

 

Environment details :

Informatica version : 9.1

Linux redhat box

Oracle DB 11g
