I have a simple workflow with 3 sessions, all are direct mappings i.e. pulling the data from flat file and loading into 3 different relational table. All three targets are located in the same database.I have selected the same relational connection for 3 sessions, but when i execute my workflow out 3 sessions only one or some times two sessions are getting succeeded, the other session are failing with the reason 'TM_6248 User does not have execute permission on global object'. I tried by connecting sessions in parallel and sequential, both the ways facing the similar issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in Advance.
Are you the Informatica Admin? If it is the relational connection error. two options for you.
1.) Create a new relational connection and grant the read, write, execute permission to your user.
2.) Find out the relational connection for your sessions.
grant the read, write, execute permission to your user.
Are you able to run the three sessions individually?
Is the problem coming out of the same session or each time with one session?
I tried with running sessions individually, got the same error for one or two sessions.
Problem is not with the same session, it's coming randomly.
It is purely based on Access.Check with the admin whether they have changed or swapped the acess between different groups. If you have access to the relational connection then you should be able to execute the session without issues.
Ask your Admin to provide access to the account you are using to run the workflow.
Ask them to provide access to all the database connections that being using in your session/the one which is failing.
This is the only solution to this issue, please let us know if your issue got resolved or not.
