Scheduled Powercenter Workflows don't start at scheduled time

We are experiencing scheduled job don't start at scheduled time. This started happening a couple of days ago. All the schedules was working. The only change we made was to change the Administrator user's password. We don't get any error messages or log entries.

 

Any idea what can cause it?
